One Account Only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated balances will be forfeited and the accounts permanently closed.

• Provide a valid mobile number and email address at the time of registration
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person

KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory prior to withdrawal or upon exceeding specified limits. A clear photo of your National ID or passport must be submitted.

Bdtopearn is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use by minors is completely prohibited. Date of birth is verified at registration, and supporting documents may be requested at any time.

Bdtopearn reserves the right to set its own odds. Bets are accepted automatically upon user confirmation — in the event of any dispute, bdtopearn's decision shall be considered final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtopearn. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Threatening or harassing other users

Bdtopearn may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions after a certain period
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months+) will be classified as dormant
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts.
